Check-out is at 12, but housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:45 and again at 11, waking us up. Instead of sleeping in on a Sunday, we were lying awake hearing them knock on doors all over the floor. I supervised housekeeping for five years, and this isn't how you handle it. There are refreshes, confirmed check-outs, and other parts of the hotel to clean before noon without repeatedly bothering guests. If checkout is at 12, let people have the time they paid for. The front desk staff were nice, and checkout at noon is a good policy, but this really bothered me.

The room is clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a sensible layout and enough space to work or stay for a while. But the AC blows straight at the desk, right onto my head and upper body. After some time, the cold air gets uncomfortable and makes it hard to focus during longer work sessions. It can leave me feeling too cold or stiff. The desk could be moved, the vent redirected, or a diffuser added to spread the air around the room more evenly. A small change to the AC setup would make the space much more comfortable for everyday use.

The Four Points by Sheraton worked out well for my family. Since it's part of the Marriott group, we could leave our car there during our weeklong vacation and take the shuttle to and from the airport. We had dinner there after we got back, and the food was pleasantly good. Thank you.

There was a $10 per day parking fee that I hadn't noticed when I booked. Maybe I missed where it was listed, or maybe booking.com leaves it out. A couple of small room issues were that two or three outlets didn't work and the shower conditioner hadn't been refilled. Otherwise, the room was perfectly clean and fine, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly enough. I'd definitely stay again.

I didn't stay because I wouldn't have felt safe there. When I arrived, police were dealing with some loud people, and others were yelling outside. There seemed to be drug activity and criminal elements around. The lobby smelled like Marijuana, and nobody came to the front desk. They also put a $100 hold on your cars, which is ridiculous for such a low-end property.
