The room looks nice. That’s about the only good thing. There’s just one HDMI hookup on the TV you can use. If you like running out of hot water after a five-minute shower, a bed that feels like a ROCK, tweakers next door, and loud music waking you up in the middle of the night, this place has it all. The amenities that were supposed to be provided weren’t there either. If you enjoy being disappointed, buddy, this is the place for you!

The staff were a 5 plus, really friendly and helpful. They even offered us a different room on the top floor, away from the train tracks, after a crying baby woke us at 4am for an hour. The motel itself is beyond bare bones, though. No blow dryer or coffee pot in the room, and the bed was a single mattress on a metal grid with one very thin blanket, like something from boot camp. The bathtub was big, beautiful, and deep, but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. The place is right on the railroad tracks, and the noise sounded like a 747 landing on the roof. There’s no soundproofing between rooms or floors. Expect fabulous service and not much else, and you won’t be disappointed.

There’s a train right outside the window, and the one ice machine for the four-story hotel didn’t work. The entry has no automatic doors, so getting a luggage cart inside alone while holding a door open is almost impossible. From the lobby, you also have to use a room key to get through another set of doors to reach the elevator hall with your cart. There’s almost nothing in the room: no coffee machine, tissues, or shampoo. It’s the bare minimum. They want guests to use a self-check-in kiosk, and employees only occasionally appear at the front desk. If you need something, you’re left waiting for someone to come out of the back room, where I assume they’re playing video games. There are no do not disturb hangers either, so you can’t keep housekeeping out while you’re away during the day. It’s cheap, but all the inconveniences make it not worth it.

The room was already dirty and messy when we arrived, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The parking lot was another serious concern. Some strange men outside seemed to be using strong drugs, and the smell was so harsh and unpleasant that I could barely breathe for a few minutes. I had to get straight into my car and leave the area to escape it. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable, especially traveling as a woman. I stayed five days, but my last experience at the front desk changed how I felt about the hotel. I asked the young woman there a simple question before checking out. She was free and wasn’t helping anyone, but ignored me. I asked three times politely, then directly asked, “Are you listening to me?” She still wouldn’t acknowledge me. As a woman myself, I felt especially disrespected. I work in this field and know the basic standards, rules, and policies for front desk staff. Her behavior and overall appearance didn’t seem professional or meet the expected presentation for someone representing a hotel. Guests should be treated with courtesy. This kind of disrespect is unacceptable, and I hope management takes it seriously. No guest should be treated this way. 10/06/2025 5:40pm

It was an awful two-night stay, and I wouldn’t come back. The hotel was VERY noisy. There was no coffee maker in the room, just one set of towels for two people, and no spoons, forks, plates, or bowls. The fitness center is a joke. I’m sure I’ll get a canned corporate response thanking me for staying.
