Motel 6 Richland, WA - Kennewick

I could walk to the pub down the street for dinner without any trouble, and the area didn’t seem bad despite the warning signs and plexiglass at reception. The room was clean and everything worked, though the lighting was harsh and outside noise was pretty noticeable. It had been “refreshed.” Check-in was quick, and the clerk was polite and informative. An affordable room for the night.

Great value, and it’s close to shops and restaurants. The room was basic, clean, and comfortable. There wasn’t a coffee machine or hair dryer, but the front desk workers were great.

The room was decently priced, and the staff were friendly, efficient, and clean. I’ll stay here again. In my experience, though, it can get loud from people coming and going when the place is busier.

The young woman at the front desk was the best part of my stay. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating, and got me into my room early. That was one of the main reasons I chose this location. I was grateful to have a roof over my head instead of sleeping in my car, and I tried to stay positive, but there were some real problems. The room’s cleanliness bothered me most. There were pee stains around the base of the toilet, especially at the back, and hair in the bathtub. The pillows had visible stains. I hope they were old marks, but they made the bedding feel unclean and not freshly laundered. The air in the room seemed off, too, and I woke up with a raspy throat. Maybe the ventilation or circulation needs work. The bed was very uncomfortable and seemed to bend whenever I moved, so it was hard to rest.
