I spent a really peaceful weekend here, especially sitting on the deck and taking in the quiet scenery. It’s a lovely place to get away and unwind for a while. The grounds were in great shape, and my room felt clean and cozy, almost like home. It is tucked away, which suited me, though it meant a longer drive to the area’s main attractions. I’d definitely consider coming back for another quiet weekend.

The shower flooded the whole master bathroom, and there were problems with the master bathtub. The washer and dryer didn’t work, and neither did the fireplace in the master bedroom. Our beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There were very few accessible parking spaces, which would be disastrous for anyone who has trouble walking.

We had an amazing three-night stay in a two-bedroom on the 4th floor at The Cliffs, with a great view. Everything else was great too, but be aware if you’re going to a timeshare presentation. The people are nice, and they say there’s no pressure, but there is, and it comes up multiple times.

We loved how spacious the house is. It’s a beautiful area, though it isn’t actually in the woods. When it gets dark, you can almost get lost. We used the theater room every night, but it could use a popcorn machine!

The view makes up for the poor cell service. Our room was comfortable, and service was great at this beautiful place. A pool bar and cafe would make it even better.
