The front desk team was so kind to my husband and me when we were stranded there with our dogs on what was the most stressful day of my life. They went out of their way to help, even though they didn't have to, and I truly appreciate it. I didn't stay at this Marriott, but I've been a Marriott guest for years and even got married at one. The customer service here was wonderful. Thank you 🥹

Service was really good for a basic, no-frills place, and the Jackson location is good too. The building looks a little worn, and there was a distinct smell that I can only guess came from the dated carpet. The walls are thin. Anyone looking for luxury rooms and upscale amenities may find it lacking.

The breakfast was good, and the woman making it was especially wonderful and kind. Staff were nice too. The rooms felt a bit dated, though, and cleaning didn't seem thorough: there were crumbs in the closet and hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

Really liked the hotel's area, and the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and decent, with no hideaway stains or anything like that.

Things were great until I got locked out of my room twice. The first time wasn't too bad since a security person came up and let me in, and I was told it had all been fixed. Then I went out for ice and couldn't get back in. There was no emergency access device on site, so I waited over an hour for the manager to arrive with a security key. That part wasn't great.
