We used the fitness room instead of swimming because the pool vacuum was running. Breakfast was hot and had a nice range of choices. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for all five of us. The pullout sofa mattress was a little thin, though. Staff welcomed us kindly when we arrived and gave us extra towels, which we appreciated. We stayed overnight on the way to NC, and it was a fine experience. I'd recommend it.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and JoAnn looked after the hotel guests like we were family. The pool was clean and warm. We stopped here during a long trip and would happily stay again. The place was very clean, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They even had cookies at check-in, and everyone was so kind and helpful. JoAnn is a real asset to the brand.

I was charged a fee for my service dog, which was improper under the ADA. Service animals aren't pets, and hotels can't charge pet fees or extra cleaning fees simply because a guest has one. This wasn't a misunderstanding. It suggests either a serious gap in staff training or disregard for ADA rules, which is unacceptable from a major hotel brand. The stay was disappointing overall, and I plan to file a formal complaint with the ADA. Travelers with disabilities shouldn't have to explain federal law to hotel staff or dispute improper charges after a stay. Management should retrain staff so this doesn't happen to anyone else. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's always nice staying here for work. The hotel is clean and quiet, and Erica does a great job keeping everything in order as manager. Melissa at the front desk is also wonderful and always welcoming.

We stayed one night for my husband's birthday. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. One of the morning staff cleared away our breakfast dishes and left us mints. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
