The room I was given didn’t have the hot tub I’d been told about when I booked by phone. I’d agreed to reserve it after the representative said a hot tub room was available. When I asked the receptionist to clarify, she got defensive, said it wasn’t her fault and that I hadn’t booked with her, then blamed the third party booking service. She never apologized for the inconvenience. I wasn’t blaming her, just trying to understand what happened, but she kept reacting as if I were. The business practices felt misleading, and her response as a representative was inadequate. Guests deserve a kinder response to a question. We all have bad days, but she should handle inquiries politely and grow up.

There are lots of food options within walking distance, and I found the location clean and safe. Everyone was nice and professional during my stay a week ago. The one downside was rowdy teenagers running up and down the halls in the very early hours. I understand staff can’t parent everyone when their own parents don’t seem to care. I’d still recommend staying here when visiting the area.

The rooms are consistently clean, and they sort out any problems quickly. Breakfast is decent, and there’s a small gym for anyone who can’t skip leg day. It’s definitely better than most.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was okay. It stayed fairly quiet even with the highway close by, and most things seemed clean. But the TV was damaged and not much fun to watch, while the microwave made noises like it might explode. The lighting was mediocre at best. You could read if you sat close to one of the many dim lights. Pretty much what I expected, with a few problems.
