Being right next to the aquarium was a big plus, and the Land & Sea package made perfect sense for our trip. We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place. Our partial-view room on the top floor had plenty of room for all three kids and us to relax. The layout is smart, with a separate living space and a very comfortable sofa bed. Breakfast had lots of choices, even for my picky eaters. Housekeeping was especially kind and helpful, always friendly and attentive to what our family needed. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely come back!

Joe and Chelsea were incredibly friendly and accommodating during a huge snowstorm, with 24+ inches of snow. They did everything they could for us and the other guests. Thanks to them and the rest of the staff for coming in to provide service while the roads were treacherous, and for weathering the storm with us.

The pool areas are top notch, especially the outdoor pool, and breakfast has a varied selection of decent quality. My main gripe is that the bathroom could use an update. Still, I love staying here when we’re in town. The lobby is clean and comfortable, with lots of places to sit or eat, and the rooms are good too. Get a room facing the marina at the back, you won’t regret it. The setup just feels welcoming and comfortable.

The breakfast is very good, and the hotel is clean and decent. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, too. But this is the second stay in a row where I’ve had a billing problem, and something always seems to go wrong. Check your bill when you check out. I couldn’t decide whether that was worth deducting one star or two.

We were there for four nights for my nephew’s wedding, with family visiting from CA, TX, NJ, FL, and Denmark. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was good. Staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. We’ll certainly go back.
