Travel Inn of Riviera Beach

I liked having a table and chairs just outside the door, and the landscaped grounds made it a nice spot to sit. The location was handy for restaurants, Publix, and Peanut Island. We arrived around 10p, but checking in late was no issue. I like old Florida motels, though they’re often dated, and this one has clearly had some recent attention. The room was spotless and only smelled clean, with none of the funky odors I worry about. The shower was large and bright, with excellent pressure and temperature control. The bed was comfortable, and the newer looking a/c was cold and had a humidity control option. There was also a small separate closet area that could work as a kitchenette, with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator.

We stayed the night before our cruise and found the place very clean, with wonderful bathrooms and a very friendly staff. A great option close to the ports.

The area looked sketchy enough that I nearly skipped the room I’d already paid for, but I’m glad I came. It’s a decent, nice place, reasonably priced, and the rooms are quiet, clean, modernized, and updated, with a nice big shower. It’s well maintained, and the owners are very nice. The location is three miles from the cruise port, and scuba divers come here too. Don’t let the area put you off.

I was here the night before my cruise. The area is a little sketchy, but the front desk felt secure and the property was super clean. Great price for the area, and close to Port of Palm Beach.
