I only booked this place because it was the closest option left near the concert. The sheets were clean, thank goodness, but the room smelled bad, there was no shower head, and the towels had yellow stains. I bring my own towels, so that helped. I also found drugs behind the night stand. I ended up missing the concert because I had to buy supplies to sanitize the bathroom before I could use anything. Next time I have an event, I’ll drive farther instead of staying here.

The rooms are a decent size, and the cleaning lady did more to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed than the owner did. The owner, who works at the desk, was extremely rude and disrespectful and seemed to have no idea how to speak to people or provide customer service. I had to clean my room myself when I checked in, and after staying about a week and a half, she still wouldn’t fully service it.

The staff were helpful and nice, and I had a great stay. When I opened the door, the room smelled amazing. I was surprised by how clean it was once I got inside. This was my first time staying there last week, and I’ll definitely be back.

The mattress was comfortable, the shower pressure was great, and the AC worked, but I’m giving this one star because of the name calling. The first room’s TV didn’t work, so they moved me to another room that smelled awful and had a shower that wouldn’t drain. Checkout was at 11am. I went to my car around 10 to get a few things, then my key wouldn’t let me back in. When I tried to explain that it wasn’t working, the front desk lady called me crazy. I don’t think they understand English very well. It was really unprofessional.

My boyfriend and I stayed last Friday and Saturday. We enjoyed the room. It was clean, the TV worked great, and so did the microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable too.
