Greg and Kelly made us feel so welcome, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. On cool evenings, the front porch is the place to be. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in the Rockland area.

The proprietors are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The breakfasts were the highlight: sublimely delicious eggs Benedict, light and fluffy ginger scones, cornmeal pancakes. Everything was unbelievably good. This is a delightful little B&B in a wonderful location. The rooms are pleasant, nothing especially special, but very comfortable. Room five has a wonderful water view. The public areas are lovely too, with mid-century modern furniture, comfortable rugs, and wooden floors. There are big fancy hotels in the area, but if you want somewhere warm, friendly, and welcoming with a great breakfast, this is the place.

The innkeepers are a lovely couple, friendly and helpful, and the views are serene. We had a wonderful stay at the Old Granite Inn. Its location is perfect. Highly recommend it if you're touring the Maine coast!

Ed and Joan took such good care of us, and we had the loveliest stay. Make sure to have breakfast, you won't regret it. I think I slept for 12 hours straight! Just the best inn.
