The pool, pier, and landscaping were lovely, and we spent time swimming and fishing. Inside, the cabin had cute decor, comfortable beds, and wall units that kept it cool. The bathroom felt cramped, and the plaster was coming loose in a few spots, though neither stopped us from initially feeling good about the stay. The screen door was already falling apart, and parking was awkward because our cabin had no space of its own. We also couldn't barbecue the first night because a piece was missing from the pit. The bigger problem was the theft and the lack of response. We left our fishing poles, tackle box, and ice chest on the back patio after swimming and fishing. By morning, my husband's Yeti ice chest and tackle box were gone. We told management and never got a call back. He spoke with the groundskeeper, searched the property, and found the tackle box hidden in bushes near the street. I persuaded him to stay the second night since we'd already paid, but the next morning the tags on our trailer had been stolen too. We left quickly. We've heard good things about Little bay, but this was a bad experience and we won't return. The pool, grounds, and pier are why I'm giving it two stars.

We're having a good stay. The kitchenette is nice, though work on them is still underway. There's a new pier, but it doesn't have lights yet, and the pool isn't ready. Hopefully it'll be finished by next summer.

The cabin has a rustic look, and everything felt quiet and comfortable. We spent plenty of time by the pool and fishing across the street. The beach and other attractions are close by too. We love this place and will be back soon.

The porch picnic tables and extra chairs were a nice touch, and the kids could hardly be coaxed out of the pool. We loved staying here last year and spent most of our time swimming or fishing across the street.

Unit #8 was the highlight of our first Rockport, Tx. trip. It sits right at the front with a water view, just steps from the water, pier, and resort-style pool. The pool is gorgeous and has a swim-up bar. The long pier has plenty of room to fish, plus benches, tables, and lights for nighttime. Inside, the buttery yellow, white, and navy colors and beachy decor felt top-notch. The location is quiet and a little tucked away, while excellent restaurants, shops, bars, and a couple of great bait and tackle shops are only a 3-5 minute drive away. We can't wait to come back, and we'd choose #8 again without a second thought.
