La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rockwall

I left behind something sentimental by accident, then called hours after checkout. Jay went to look in the room and found it. I really appreciate that. Juana made a great breakfast, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Thanks to the La Quinta staff for a really good visit. I’ll recommend it to others.

The nighttime view was beautiful, and the hotel looked lovely and very clean. Breakfast was served at 6 like they promised, though it could’ve been a little better. Customer service was great.

We needed a place for the night before my early surgery, since home is an hour and a half away. Moses, the manager, helped me get a better price by booking directly instead of using a third party. As a Wyndham Reward member, I thought the stay was good value for the quality. Our king room was comfortable and clean, with WiFi and easy parking. There’s also a pool, hot tub, and breakfast, though we didn’t use any of those. I’d recommend this La Quinta Inn & Suites location to anyone needing a place to stay. :-)

The hardest part was checking out. I already miss the people there, and I’ll definitely be back. Moises made me feel like I was being welcomed home, not just checking in. He’s the top Dog there, and deserves a raise, profit sharing, and a free 401k. The rooms were spotless, the staff felt like angels in business casual, and the atmosphere reminded me of Sunday dinner at your favorite auntie’s, drama-free. From the moment I arrived, everyone had a warm, genuine energy. I expected clean sheets and free coffee, but got peace of mind and people who really seemed to see me. It was a whole vibe, with a smile and room service too. Stay here, ask for Moises, and you won’t be disappointed. You’ll want to come back, 10/10.
