We arrived late on a Monday while passing through, so we didn't try the pool or the two fire pits with Adirondack chairs, firewood, and string lights. The area did appeal to my sense of exploration, though I can't really rate the location since we were only stopping over. Check-in and checkout were easy and contactless. The room was spacious, cool, clean, and had a quiet AC and a big TV, plus a mini fridge, microwave, mini Keurig, and wet-bar sink. It was pet-friendly and reasonably priced, just what we needed. They've done a nice job making a cinderblock motel charming. There's a 5% military/veterans discount. My one suggestion is to add curtains at the window sides to keep outside light from coming in.

We only stayed briefly, but we're already planning to come back. The bed was great, the room was very clean, and our pups enjoyed exploring by the bike trail. We'll bring our bikes next time. Arka Motel has been renovated beautifully.

The setting was beautiful, and the location worked well, just outside town but still close to everything. We had a weekend getaway with the girls from work, including coworkers, vendors, and customers. The hotel was great, the rooms were spacious and clean, and they were very accommodating. I'd definitely stay there again.

The photos matched the room, and it was so clean, which matters more to me than style. We needed a place close to my sisters, and this worked perfectly. It was a quick but nice stay. We'll be back.

The view of the lake in the neighborhood across the street was beautiful. I'd like to explore it and Prairie Creek Park next time. I've stayed here twice for U of A game weekends, and it's about 35 minutes from Fayetteville. Still worth it for the price when other hotels double their rates. The rooms are very clean and updated, better than most big chains. You can pull up to your room, and check-in and access are easy. They also have complimentary snacks, water, and coffee.
