The staff were helpful whenever we needed them, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine too. Getting into the hotel parking lot the first time was a little tricky. Like businesses everywhere in America, service and trade jobs have grown a lot, but there seem to be fewer people entering those fields.

The room was roomy and the bed was comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I've used, with great pressure and water that got nice and hot. Breakfast was really good too, especially those little sausage corndogs. We were there for three nights for a friend's wedding, and the hotel was nice for a great price. The hot tub was broken, unfortunately, but otherwise we had a great stay.

The one hassle was that the key slot on the outside door didn't work, so I had to go through the lobby to get to my room. Otherwise, the room was clean, the staff were nice, and the beds and pillows were really comfy. Good amenities and a very good breakfast, too.

The pool was heated, and I felt very safe here. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and parks. Guest services were very kind, and both the lobby and our room were clean with no odors. The shower had solid water pressure, and there were plenty of drawers for our family's clothes.

Our birthday girls' weekend was ruined by a filthy bed and a lot of unanswered safety concerns. We arrived, dropped off our things, and went to a ball game without doing our usual sheet check. When we got back very late, we had to park behind the hotel. The three of us tried the side door for safety, but it wouldn't open with any of our room cards. Later, our birthday friend found crusty mustard on the unwashed sheets. I went downstairs for help, but nobody was at the front desk, and I couldn't find anyone. We were stuck with a nasty bed. The only working elevator had no inspection sticker posted, shook violently when it stopped, and made a loud noise. I brought everything up with the front desk the next morning since we had another night there. The worker was new and said she would contact the owner and ask him to call me. The owner, or general manager, did call to apologize and said he would review the footage and call me back. I never heard from him again. This was the worst experience I've had with Choice Hotels and its customer service and safety.
