Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas

I was accused of stealing wine while showing a new guest the self-service fridge, and had to pull up my Amex app to prove I'd paid for it. The fridge wasn't even restocked. The staff were unprofessional, and you get treated like the problem if you complain. People were loud and wild, and management let it go. The rooms are subpar. The bed is just a bed, the shower has water but also leftover hair, and the toilet has marks that look like a plumbing snake was used. The place smells like a high school locker room. I also had concerns about security. The front desk staff member was missing front teeth, had blue hair, and three nose rings. This isn't somewhere to stay if you're paying for a luxury hotel. Having a convention center doesn't mean you have to stay here. Walmart vendors can find much better options nearby for less, and there are other hotels in town that will treat you with respect.

The lobby fountain and waterfalls were lovely, and the hotel itself was beautiful. Our family had a good time in the comfortable, spacious suites. We also appreciated the free breakfast, evening reception with two free drinks per person, and friendly staff. Embassy Suites is always the best for families.

My wife and I had a really relaxing break from home and we'd come back. Most things were great, but a couple of details felt unusual for an Embassy Suites. The evening reception wasn't set out by 5:30, and landscaping crews were doing loud mulch work at 6:30 in the morning. Those little things matter.

The room here was huge and really nice, and the spa was amazing. The complimentary breakfast stood out too, especially the omelettes, among the best I've had at a hotel. The staff were amazing, and I'd stay here again when we come back. I'd been disappointed at first because this was a paid trip, but this is by far the nicest Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The one in Oklahoma City is kind of trashy, and the manager at the Grapevine one was so rude when we stayed there about six years ago. That hotel also had cockroaches. This stay has definitely redeemed my opinion of Embassy Suites.
