Americas Best Value Inn Roland Hotel

The room looked recently updated and was clean, with a great TV. It came with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, two chairs, a desk, two bedside tables, and an extra end table. There was some road noise, but honestly, that's common at hotels. It didn't disappoint, and I'd recommend it to people traveling through or visiting.

For the past five years, we've stopped here every year on our trip out west. It's a quiet, comfortable place to rest, with friendly staff and great service. The newly remodeled rooms are really nice and clean. We'll keep staying here whenever we're in this area!

The room was clean, with nice hardwood floors, a good bed, great water pressure, and a good K-cup coffee setup. But the air conditioner wasn't working, and we realized too late, after my husband was asleep. It made for a lousy night, so we checked out by 4 a.m. We did get an apology, but the cleaning person should have noticed the problem, which is why I gave three stars. Without that, it would've been four. The towels were stained and torn, and there was no breakfast. The price felt a bit high too: $102 for a Monday night after tax and processing fee.

This was our second time stopping here this month. We stayed on the way to my parents' place in TN for Christmas, and my wife liked it enough that I booked the same place for our return two weeks later. It was clean and freshly remodeled, with a large shower and great water pressure.
