For $80 a night, no way. Maybe $40 at most, since at least the towels and bedding were clean and the water was hot. The staff were friendly, even if they seemed to be struggling, and that's why I can't give it one star. This place is trying hard to look like a real Hampton Inn, from the outside to the breakfast. The door plate was barely attached, and the modern tiles looked glued over old stucco. The bed pillows were throw pillows. Breakfast was edible, in the way I imagine prison food might be. A woman got in the elevator with me and her Pit Bull. Fine, but being in that small space with a dog huffing and giving me side eye was uncomfortable. In the morning my room phone started ringing at 6, with nobody there. The front desk said it wasn't them. I fell for it three times before unplugging it. I'd spend the extra $20 to $40 and stay at an actual Hampton Inn.

The breakfast was incredible, with REAL eggs and sausage, and the rooms were immaculate. I also loved the compost the environmentally conscious owners have started using with eggs from their free range chickens. I can't wait to come back this spring, see what they've grown with the organic compost, and visit the owners, Willie and his wife Choe, along with their son Oskar the Manager. The staff are great and the pool is relaxing too. You won't be disappointed booking here.

I don't usually leave positive reviews, but the people here earned one. Oskar and Hector especially made me feel at home, even though I was only there a short time. Everyone I met was patient, kind, attentive, and actually helpful, which changed the whole feel of my trip. The room was clean and the location was great. The staff's professionalism made the stay memorable. I'd definitely come back, and I recommend this hotel for the way they look after their guests.

Oscer was one of the kindest, most caring people our family has ever met. He helped us when we really needed it. The hotal is clean and welcoming, and they made us feel comfortable. There’s a nice range of snacks and drinks, and breakfast is fresh every morning. The remodeling I've seen so far looks amazing. We'd stay again and highly recommend it.
