Absolutely disgusting. There were ants in my room and bed, the towels were dirty, and the bedclothes were covered in Baby batter.

The place was filthy. Sheets and blankets had holes, and everything felt sticky and gross. There weren't bugs, but only because bugs couldn't survive in that environment. The stench gave me a headache I'm still trying to shake. Then the manager replied to my hotel survey review and forgot to “insert the issue,” or just didn't care to. That was hilarious and made my day.

The room was clean, and even though we had to take a smoking room because it was the only one available, I couldn't smell smoke at all. The front desk staff were really nice. Our neighbors were the problem, not the hotel or staff. They were loud and kept banging on things from around 11 p.m. Our little girl was trying to sleep, but the thumps and beats on the walls, and maybe jumping on the bed, made it almost impossible.

I wish we'd gone back home after waking up to bedbugs. When I reported them to the couple at the front desk, they said workers came and went all the time and nobody had mentioned bugs before, so it must not be true. Avoid room 114. We only stayed because nearby hotels were booked for a festival and it was very late. The woman working the office at check-in was nice and answered my questions about places to go, but the hallway reeked of stale skunk mixed with some strange spice. Our room smelled musty, with mold and stains on the bathroom floor and in the room corners. The comforter was stained too.
