Housekeeping knocked three times between 930 and 11am, even though check-out is clearly 11am and we’d said we were still there the first two times. We have 160+ nights with IHG yearly and this has never happened. It felt like the housekeeping staff kicked us out. Seems like there’s a training problem. I’m attaching a photo of the check-out time so staff can be retrained. Also, the TV in Room 307 is outdated and has white spots all over it. TVs are cheap these days, so hotels should have decent ones for guests. There are other great hotels in the area. Even if you’re loyal to IHG, look elsewhere.

I’ve been here at least 3 times over the past year because my military orders keep me out of state, and the woman on day shift is always a problem. Everyone else at the front desk has good customer service. I feel like she saw my beautiful brown skin and got agitated. She was smiling while talking to a white woman before me, then as soon as it was my turn, she had an attitude and was aggressive. Ma’am, I’d just walked in. I cancelled my reservation so I wouldn’t have to deal with her. I hope she’s fired or moved to another position. She is VERY BAD for business.

The staff were polite, friendly, and eager to help, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and had great amenities. A fantastic stay all around. I know I’ll stay here whenever I’m in Rome.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. I’m only 5'4, and the bed was so high I had to step on a rolling stool to get onto it. For any future remodel, please don’t add a platform to raise the bed. That could become a costly liability.
