The room was quiet, clean, and ready when I arrived. I was here for three nights on a work trip, and everything went smoothly. Check-in took around ten minutes, and the front desk handled my late arrival professionally. When I asked for more towels, housekeeping brought them quickly. Good service throughout.

The place felt orderly, with staff around when needed but never hovering. The common areas were kept clean and in good shape, and the elevators worked well with barely any wait.

Housekeeping kept up a consistent standard while we were there, and the whole property seemed professionally run. I booked two rooms for my parents and me; the reservation team confirmed everything beforehand and arranged adjacent rooms as we requested.

The breakfast service was the low point. When I asked if the coffee was freshly made, they said they remake it every 2-3 days, so I didn't have much faith in the food either. I took a yogurt and an orange, things I knew they hadn't made, and left. I'd stay again, just skip breakfast. For the price, I'm happy enough. The room was good, with no bed bugs, hairs, or dust. Some of the repairs weren't very flush, but I can overlook that. I'm still waiting for my $100 incidental fee refund.

Needed a room at the last minute. It was clean and quiet, and the shower got nice and hot. I'd stay again if I need to. Truck driver.
