The room was missing a lot: there was coffee but no coffee maker, and no trash can, TV remote, or microwave, despite the website saying there was one. The toilet paper holder was gone too, so the paper sat on the counter. Staff said they’d bring a coffee maker, trash can, and remote, but we had to ask again. They all acted like helping us was a burden and weren’t welcoming. The rest of the property was run down too. The sliding glass entrance doors were crooked and didn’t seal properly. The shabby lobby carpet was beside a portable AC unit that barely kept the place cool. The elevators felt rickety and as if they might break, and the door to the phone swung open. The second-floor ice machine was broken, most vending machines were empty, and security cameras outside were broken and hanging down. It costs less than some nearby hotels, but the savings aren’t worth it.
