Devonshire Inn

We were accommodated even though we arrived late, and nobody rushed us out in the morning. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I worried about my car being broken into overnight because of the number of drug users in the area, but nothing happened. All in all, it was a good stay.

The maintenance guy and his daughter Jasmine were amazing throughout our stay, and everything in the very clean room worked. We've had no problems and it's been a great stay so far. After staying at the worst place in Rosamond, Carl's motel, coming here felt like a breath of fresh air. I couldn't believe both motels were in the same town. Thanks for turning the experience into a better memory.

The manager who owns the motel is friendly, down to earth, and understands people. Everyone here is professional and welcoming, and the rooms are very, very clean. Nights are quiet, nobody bothers you, and the surroundings feel comfortable. This is by far the best motel in all of the Antelope valley, and our new spot. I'd give it 10+ stars if I could, and we won't stay anywhere else. It sucks that this is our last morning here, since we'll be back to sleeping in the car until the 22nd. We need to be here for an appointment on the 24rth, so we'll return. Thanks for making our stay amazing! If you ever need extra help, let me know.

A good budget motel to remember if you're passing through Kern or need a decent night's rest. We checked out in the morning, then unexpectedly wound up staying a second night. The manager was kind, helpful, and understanding. There's also a very cute stray tuxedo cat living on the property. I named him Sylvester. It's dog friendly, and quite a few other guests had dogs. Just be aware that local homeless people gather in the area. During my short stay, two different people offered me substances. Lock your car doors and stay safe, folks!
