Loews Chicago O'Hare Hotel

We had a really nice stay at this beautiful hotel and will be back. The soft, cozy bed was one of the nicest we’ve had in a hotel, and the drinks were fabulous. The restaurant and bar stay open late, with a great menu. Raven and Georgina were friendly and shared recommendations. Thanks for having us!

The shuttle to the airport is convenient, and there are two good restaurants within walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have good lighting, so it works well enough if being near O'Hare is what you need. There were a few annoyances. The shower has no door, so it was colder than I would have liked. The toilet’s flapper wouldn’t close, and we had to lift the lid and push it down after each use. The TV’s chrome cast disconnected several times, the walls are thin enough that we could hear neighbors, and no complimentary water was provided. The bathroom itself was okay.

This was our second stay, and we’ll definitely return when we fly through O’Hare. The airline had issues, and the staff helped us out. Our room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shuttles ran on time.

We come back to the Loews every year for our anniversary and go to its jazz lounge each time. The staff are friendly in both parts of the hotel, and the rooms are clean and quiet despite being so close to the airport. Somehow the bed works for both of us, even though I like soft and my husband likes firm. The location is great for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. There’s nothing I can complain about with our stay.
