Hampton Inn Minneapolis-Roseville

We've been coming here since 2017 or 2018, and every visit has gone perfectly. The price works for different budgets, and the location is ideal for getting around the Twin Cities. It's clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with friendly staff and a fantastic breakfast. Whether it's just one night or a longer stay, it feels like a home away from home. I recommend it completely. This is our favorite hotel, without a doubt.

Brad and his team were amazing when our scooter rack was hit in the parking lot and torn off the hitch. He reviewed all the camera footage and spoke with the police, though the cameras didn't help identify what happened. The maintenance worker made calls to find repair parts, but we couldn't get them, so I had to buy a replacement rack. When we started putting it together, Brad came out with the tools and spent a lot of time and sweat helping us assemble it and attach it to the vehicle. He was very apologetic about the camera issue and even contacted the corporate office, which comped us a night's stay. It was a stressful day, and I couldn't have asked for better help. We stayed a week; the room was nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable, breakfast had plenty of choices, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The customer service was excellent. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

We stayed five nights, and everything went smoothly. The room was updated, with a nice bathroom, no tub, a smart TV, and a good desk area for working. The AC put out cold air, everything worked, and the whole hotel was clean. Laundry was $2 per load, with two washers and two dryers that worked fine. Jacob at the front desk was attentive and polite, and the man we saw each morning was friendly too. Housekeeping was wonderful. This may be the best Hampton Inn we've stayed at. We're diamond members and have been to at least 100 properties, so that's saying something. We'd stay here again next time we're around Minneapolis.

Had a great stay. The room was very clean, and the pool and gym are bigger than what I usually see at hotels with gyms. There are a few machines and weights, plus filtered water, and there's a laundry room too. Breakfast was the best part for me: real food, including hot eggs in three styles, bread, bagels, waffles, fruit, milk and almond milk, juice, one meat, coffee, and different teas. Much better than the cereal-and-bagel spread at cheap motels, and as good as Dennys next door. Aldi, Walmart, and Panda Express are nearby. The place isn't fancy or five-star, but it has most of what you need and the location and quality are great. If I had the money, I'd live here. Sleep was good and quiet, unless you happen to be here during a sports event or there's loud mating next door. Lol.
