Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Royse City by IHG

The General Manager really understands what good service should feel like and is engaging with guests. The staff were friendly and amazing, and everything was clean and comfortable. As an IHG Member, I’d put this among the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve visited. I’ll be back.

Breakfast is a big reason I’d come back, there was a great range of good quality food to start the day. The coffee machine was amazing too. I liked the fresh, modern décor, which made the Holiday Inn Express feel welcoming and comfortable. I’ll definitely return for the holidays, and I’d recommend staying here.

The kids were happy with breakfast, which was hot, tasty, and had plenty of choices. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. It’s an excellent hotel, and I’d highly recommend it.

The biggest issue was how much sound came through the walls and ceiling. I could hear the people upstairs too easily, along with conversations and TV from the room next door. The rugs over the wood floor seem like they’d be hard to keep clean, and there was a mystery stain on the couch, if you catch my drift. I’m picky about cleanliness, so while the room was fairly clean, that stood out to me. The staff were polite and attentive. Crystal at breakfast was especially nice and helpful. The suite had plenty of space, nice linens and TVs, plus real tile bathroom floors and a sliding glass shower door.
