The rooms were spacious, and the kitchen had a good supply of dishes, pots, pans, and bakeware. The master bedroom view was beautiful. The floors were sticky when we arrived, and I bought a mop to clean them. The water in it got quite dirty. The kitchen cabinets also badly needed wiping down. The microwave door was broken, but they replaced it promptly. The latch on the sliding back door was broken too, and my husband fixed it. We could hear the upstairs floors squeak with nearly every step, especially around the bedrooms, as did ours. I'm glad I brought earplugs. It took a long time for the water to get hot, then it got really hot. Water leaked through the master bathroom ceiling from the unit above every time they showered. We told the front desk and maintenance came by. He thought the kids had probably overfilled the tub and said he'd talk to them, but that didn't happen. We later told the upstairs neighbors ourselves, and they said nobody had spoken to them. We were worried part of the ceiling might come down. The patchwork made it look like the plumbing had been a problem before.

The balcony had nice views, and the unit did the job otherwise. The buildings are older, though, and upstairs floors squeak so much that I felt bad for people below me, since they can hear every step. The toilets flushed very slowly, and the tubs backed up.

The balcony view was my favorite part. The room was cool and pretty, and I was surprised it had a second floor. There was lots of space, and the location was beautiful. Service felt pretty average, neither great nor bad. I did find hair and stains on the beds, so the rooms could use a more thorough cleaning. No snow, either! Haha, just kidding.

The views were outstanding, and everything was very clean and well equipped. The condos are older and could use some updating.

We got a good price, so it felt like a good value overall. The units are being renovated, but ours was an older one. It had a nice size, rustic decor, and a well equipped kitchen. It was fairly quiet, and elk and deer came by almost every evening. We were disappointed there wasn't a washer or dryer in the unit. A few things needed attention. We had to buy an ice tray, and my husband pointed out several maintenance issues to staff. The stair handrails were very loose and wobbly, and a large gap under the front door let in cold air and light. Handrails in the bathroom would also help when getting into the shower.
