The condos and cabins were really nice, and the price felt worth it. Loved being so close to downtown and the shopping.

We stayed at Coffey House A3 and found ants in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The linens were dirty too. Management suggested moving us to another unit, but when I went in, someone was already staying there. How had they not known? We ended up staying in A3 reluctantly. The stairs up to the kitchen are steep, and there are also stairs at the front entrance. The website photos didn't show them, so we had to haul our suitcases upstairs. This isn't a suitable place for elderly or disabled guests.

For eight years our family has preferred the townhouses at lookout estates and been happy with them, but this stay at the coffee house was a letdown. There was no coffee, despite the name, and the kitchen was poor with hardly any amenities. The sofa bed was in rough shape, the linens were soiled, and trash was scattered around it. I wouldn't recommend it. Don't waste your money.

Unit B2 was clean and fully equipped, with a gorgeous fireplace and a great view. It was a good price, too. Downtown is an easy walk, and everything else is close by. The pool was nice and the place was well managed. I'm looking forward to coming back and would definitely stay there again.
