We got a thoughtful call a few days before arrival to confirm the reservation and ask if we had any requests. Since we mentioned we were celebrating two birthdays and a wedding anniversary, there was even a welcome gift waiting for us. Our ground-floor, one-bedroom condo was spacious for our family of three, including our five-year-old son, and very clean. The kitchen had all we needed for simple meals at home. He also enjoyed the little playground, and the indoor pool was a good size and nicely heated for winter. The property is right off the highway and not too far from town center. We'd definitely stay again.

We stayed in room 504, which felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, and it was quiet. The pool was pleasantly warm, and the grill was ready to use. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in an upstairs two-bedroom unit, which had plenty to offer, though the place is quite dated. Some stairs felt like they might give way, so we had to watch our step, and the carpet is very old. There was just one cooling unit in the front room for the whole apartment, but every room had a ceiling fan. Summer is hot here, though the cooler mornings helped. The location in Ruidoso is great, and the unit was accommodating. There's also a small kids' play area and an indoor pool, though we didn't use them since we spent our time sightseeing.

We were out exploring most of the time, so it worked well as a place to sleep. We'd stay again. Go for the one-bedroom if you want the king bed.

Really nice place and super clean. It has a dishwasher, dishes, silverware, microwave, stove, living and dining rooms, and a fireplace. There were paper towels, a refrigerator with ice trays, and little new salt and pepper shakers. There's also a gym, pool, and grill. 😘😘
