The hotel was clean and nice, but our stay had a couple of problems. In Room 322, the shower and tub had no hot water, so I took a cold shower and then washed my hair in the sink, where the water was hot. We didn’t report it because we were already ready for a shower and bed when we found out. We live in an RV, and I’d really wanted to take a bath. There was also something red and sticky on one pillow and the duvet. I took pictures of it. Breakfast wasn’t what I expected, either.

The breakfast was pretty good, which mattered to my husband when choosing a hotel. There was coffee, milk, apple and orange juice, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, toast, and a few other things. The hotel is quiet, with great views, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. I have no complaints.

With gorgeous views and a convenient location, this is a great budget option in Ruidoso. The rooms were clean and breakfast had a good variety. Worth every dollar, and I’d stay again on a future visit.

We had to evacuate and ended up staying here for four weeks. The friendly staff paid close attention to what we needed, and made our unexpected home away from home much better than I’d imagined. Great place and great people!

The price is good for what you get. Outside, the property looks very nice and updated, though the rooms are quite dated. Breakfast was pretty good, with hot scrambled eggs, sausages, and potatoes, plus a waffle machine. The pool and hot tub both looked good and well maintained.
