We booked three rooms, and all of them were clean, including the bedding and bathrooms. Each had hardwood floors and smelled clean, and the beds were comfortable. For the price, I was impressed. There was a misunderstanding on my part about our reservation at check-in, but they were very accommodating and helped us out. If you’re on a budget, this is a great place to stay. I’d definitely come back.

The price is hard to beat, especially for a hotel right in the middle of everything Ruidoso has to offer. Rooms are clean and have the basic things you need, and the staff are courteous and helpful. Great value for much less than other hotels nearby. Highly recommend!

Gary at the front desk was welcoming and friendly, with lots of useful local tips. The newly remodeled room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, a nice desk and chair for working, and good coffee for the morning. I only missed having a night table, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. It was a great value and exceeded my expectations. Don’t let the name fool you!

We came back when passing through Ruidoso, NM on our way home, and had another wonderful experience. The owners and staff are wonderful, the rooms are clean, and we love the location. It’s a diamond in the rough, with great prices and a clean stay. What more could you ask for? The first time, the staff were very nice and accommodating, and our updated room was spacious and really nice. We’ll stay here again.
