I travel full time, and I’ve never before refused to spend the night somewhere after I’d already stopped for the night. The rooms were plain dirty, and the service was appallingly bad. The other hotels on this stretch of highway are clean, friendly and just as affordable, so do yourself a favor and keep driving. This place is a dump.
2/10
The restroom door handles were broken, and there was no hot water. In our first room, the heater didn’t work at all, so they moved us. In the new room, the heater would randomly shut off. It felt like everything was broken, including the door handles. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Next time I’ll pay extra for La Quinta.
10/10
We had a super pleasant stay and plan to return. Our room was clean, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the customer service was excellent. They also have video cameras set up for customer safety. My wife and I give it five stars and highly recommend this place to anyone traveling.
8/10
The place wasn’t the cleanest, but they were very accommodating and did what they could to make guests happy.
10/10
The bed and pillows were soft, and the staff were friendly, fast and efficient. It was inexpensive, so expect rooms that need a little repair here and there. If you travel every day and stay in hotels a lot, this should do.
