The private beach was clean and nice, with lovely sunrises and sunsets from the rooms or beach. The pickleball courts were nice too, though the basketball court needs work. There's a small playground for kids. Some photos showed kayaks and other watersports items to use or rent, but none were available while we were there, and no one told us ahead of time. The fire pits were nice, but there was no wood, and we weren't given any information about where to find these things.

Our room was okay, but the couch pillows looked dingy and dirty, and I noticed brown spots on the bed pillows. The benches, tables, and chairs were in much worse shape, badly rusted. We had to sit on towels to avoid getting cut. I know the salt air near the ocean makes things rust faster, but these looked like they'd been that way for years.
Room 502 was the only part I'd call halfway decent. The ad photos were from somewhere else. The little private sand beach closes around 8 pm, and you can't even walk on the sand after that. The restaurant and pools close too. We paid for four days, but we're leaving at one. I couldn't even reach anyone to get towels for our room. Total rip-off. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Lovely waterfront views and a peaceful neighborhood, with access to a private beach.
I drove all the way there hoping to speak with a customer service representative and get a room for the night, but there was nobody at the desk even at 4:30. The door was locked, and I couldn't find anyone to help.
