Courtyard by Marriott Russellville

We got in late and planned to go straight to bed, but the courtyard view from our room made us curious, so we went to look. Donna was in the lobby and was incredibly friendly. Even at that hour, she made us a couple of drinks and suggested nearby attractions we hadn’t thought about for this trip. She made the stay feel special, and we’ll definitely come back. We wouldn’t look anywhere else for a place to stay. Thank you, Donna!

Having two rooms on the same floor worked really well for our wedding day. The groom and groomsmen used one to get ready, and the bride and bridesmaids used the other, so our photographer could move between them easily. It also gave the wedding party a convenient central spot. Rooms were clean, the staff were kind and congratulated us several times, and the lobby cafe had a great breakfast the next morning. I loved the experience and the memories we made here. My only reservations are the high price for one night and the lack of complimentary amenities. At this price, I expected at least breakfast to be included, as it is at most hotels of this status.

After a wreck in Russellville, two hours from home, the EMTs brought all five of us to Courtyard. The staff kindly let us wait in the lobby for hours until our ride arrived, and gave us water while we waited. We already stayed here on trips to Russellville, and now we won’t stay anywhere else. Thank you for treating us so kindly.

I’ve stayed here several times while passing through, and the service has been consistent every visit. After a long drive, I called to ask about checking in early, and they got a room ready as quickly as they could. Whenever anything needed attention, the front desk was courteous and made sure it was fixed, whatever the time. Rooms are well maintained and very clean, including the spotless bathroom. There’s a decent pool, good food, and a nice outdoor area. I’ll keep choosing this hotel in Russellville. The others nearby don’t come close.
