The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were cleaner and nicer than I expected.

We stayed in room 122, a handicap room with a couch, while visiting family, and it made the stay easier. Breakfast wasn't good, much like at most places, with no eggs or sausage gravy. Service was okay, though on the second day I had to track down housekeeping to get fresh towels. We'd come back if we can't find somewhere closer to family.

I'm here for a couple weeks for work, and I've enjoyed the stay. The rooms have been remodeled and are cleaned each day. The beds are very nice, and so are the towels and washcloths. There's a coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and alarm clocks with aux cords. Staff are nice, and there's a good breakfast with plenty to choose from in the mornings. Nice hotel overall.

The staff were really friendly, but that doesn't make up for a $203.54 room, including a $50 incidentals deposit. I was told it had been newly renovated, but there was no hot water, the vending machines didn't work, and the room had old water stains. Moths were flying around, along with something I googled and found was a stink bug. I wouldn't dare make coffee or tea in that nasty coffee pot. I don't know whether housekeeping leaves the door open while cleaning. If you need a place to sleep for the night, I'd drive another 20 minutes to Bowling Green or somewhere else.
