The front desk lady was really sweet, and the AC worked great. We’d been put in a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke, but they switched us after we mentioned it. The walls were filthy and the water pressure felt sketchy. It’s cheap and does the job if you just need a quick place to sleep. You get what you pay for.

I stayed almost a week while pregnant, in town for my father's memorial, and the room was dirty enough to feel like a health hazard. We saw a mouse, and I found droppings in the room. I told the front desk and asked for room service; they said it would be taken care of, but when I came back, nobody had even swept the floor. It was so dirty you couldn't walk barefoot without getting black feet, even from when we first arrived. I understand you get what you pay for, but I don't feel I even got that. I wish a full refund were possible.

Everything was broken, loud, and dirty. Worst place I’ve ever slept, and way overpriced. It was so bad they should’ve paid me to stay.

The bed was acceptably comfortable, the room was very quiet, and the coffee was really good. The refrigerator with freezer and the microwave were both clean, and the desk was nice. Furniture had been dusted too. The room itself was cleaner, but the bathroom was another story: the tub needed cleaning, some walls were dirty, and there was mold in the shower. It looked like accumulated dirt and mold, so we wouldn't go back. Laurie Bugdanavage checked us into Econo Lodge with a big smile and was kind and helpful. She offered to move us, but given how dirty the outside was, I didn't think another room would be any better. Laurie helped get the floor mopped. I hadn't noticed the tub and walls until later, and honestly, if Laurie hadn't been so outgoing and helpful, I probably would've left.
