Check-in was fine, and the room itself was decent and clean, but I wouldn’t come back. The walls were paper thin, and guests around us had no hotel etiquette: loud phone calls full of swearing, partying teenagers, kids running through the halls with no parents around, and a family argument right outside our door. Our neighbors were loud coming and going and talking by 7 AM. The noise continued all night, and on our second night I was woken every hour by random disturbances upstairs. We gave up and checked out at 8 AM. The pool was freezing, so we couldn’t enjoy one of the main reasons we chose this place. The breakfast setup was also a problem. It wasn’t served at the hotel; they gave vouchers for the Denny's in the parking lot. That’s inconvenient for anyone, and especially difficult with a neuro divergent child who can’t tolerate lines or crowded restaurants. I’d searched for hotels with free breakfast and should’ve looked more closely at how this one worked. Our server brought a check and disappeared, even though we’d ordered the free meal. Because of a situation with my child, I couldn’t wait for someone who hadn’t refilled my coffee to come back and explain that paying upfront gets the food comped. I was paying cash, so I just paid and left, and only learned about the system later when I asked about the free breakfast. Guests shouldn’t be handed a check when that’s how the setup works. The food was terrible, really nasty. This place seemed like it would work for our trip to The Enchanted Forest, but next time I’d rather go back to being my own maid at an AirBnB closer to the park than stay in this cardboard box.

Cynthia was a real bright spot when she cheerfully welcomed us late in the evening on December 19 2025. We’d been on the road for many long hours and were more than ready to stop. Her knowledge and kindness toward tired travelers were a blessing, and the cookies and fresh coffee were a nice extra. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable to sleep in, so we’ll stay here again. Cynthia, you truly were our Christmas angel. I hope our paths cross again. May God bless you.

The staff made the place for me. The woman at the desk was so helpful, gave us free Denny breakfast and 10% off, and there were cinnamon rolls and fruit right there too. The coffee setup is great if you like making it your way, stronger or lighter, and there’s lemon-lime water for filling bottles. They also have a computer room, sauna, pool, spa, laundry, and vending machines. The whole place felt like a five-star hotel when we walked in. I came for business, but I’d come back just for the hotel. The maintenance is well kept, there’s free TV and Wi-Fi, plus a microwave, fridge, and even a little freezer compartment that I hadn’t seen before. It’s worth the money, and I’d happily tell people about it. The people working here are great.

The bed and room were both okay, and nothing was awful except for the spiders and other bugs we found in there. It all felt pretty average, the sort of place you use when you just need somewhere to sleep. We had a group-level room, which seemed like several people squeezed into a slightly bigger box instead of a space planned for comfort. It gets the job done in a pinch, but I wouldn’t recommend that room or expect a memorable stay.
