Comfort Inn Salida

Mick, AJ, and Amy have been great whenever I've checked in. They're professional, helpful, and really focused on customer service. Their friendly, caring approach keeps bringing me back and makes the place feel like a home away from home. Everyone else I've dealt with at this location has been kind and courteous too. They deserve a raise!

I looked into a bunch of local hotels and talked with people around town before choosing Comfort Inn. I didn't want somewhere with meth being cooked in the parking lot, and I was really pleased with my choice. The place was clean, staff were attentive and very friendly, and customer service was outstanding. My main complaint is the highway noise. Maybe they could keep earplugs at the front desk along with the other little items they offer.

Mick at the front desk was the best part of our stay. He was friendly and courteous at check-in, and even remembered us from our visit a year earlier. The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the free breakfast was fine. The room could use a little updating.

We shopped around quite a bit, and this is one of the nicest places in the area at a reasonable, competitive rate. The room was clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the mountain views from our window mattered most to us. I was pretty upset over a problem with one of the employees at Comfort Inn in Salida, but Mick stepped in and sorted everything out. He was kind, considerate, and hospitable, qualities that feel hard to find these days. We appreciate it very much. Thank you, Mick. Len Sparkman
