Nobody was there to welcome us at the counter. After ringing the bell, we waited a couple of minutes before someone who seemed half asleep showed up. They also may keep part of your deposit if they find fingerprints on the TV. The customer service was awful. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I’ve been staying here for over a month. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are really friendly, and I appreciate that they keep up with the cleaning. Keep up the good work. Best 5.

The location didn’t feel safe, and the whole place came across as unprofessional. My room smelled bad and wasn’t clean, and the customer service was horrible.

I’ve been here 25 days and still don’t have a key. They say the boss will get to fixing the door when he can. There’s no one to let me into my room sometimes, so one of the girls makes me wait until I find someone to open it. The bathroom outlet won’t hold my charger, and the shower pressure is shot. I’m 65, a senior citizen.

The beds were comfortable, but housekeeping made up only one of the two beds we used. The drawers were so dirty inside that we left our things out, and the bathroom floor had splatters, like it hadn’t been mopped in days. There was no mini fridge or microwave, and the pool was out of commission.
