Dixon, the Manager, was great about helping with all my requests, and Justin at the desk was helpful too. My room was clean, and I loved the Jaccuzi. The housekeepers were friendly and thorough. I'll stay here again.

The room was clean and had the usual amenities, though no clock, which hardly seems necessary with all the electronics people have now. The bathroom was large and well suited to people with disabilities. Traffic from the Interstate was constant, and breakfast was pitiful: orange and apple juice, maybe coffee, cereal packets with no milk or fridge for anything cold, two blueberry and chocolate chip muffins, and sliced bread. Check-in went fine, but all the parking is behind the building. My keycards wouldn't open the back door, so I walked about 200 feet around to the front to have them reprogrammed. I was told that door was exit only. I wanted to ask why there was a card reader there if guests couldn't enter, since it was misleading and had me pretty annoyed, but I held back. On the way, I passed an open door I could have used, but kept going because I thought I needed the cards fixed. If they'd failed when I got to my room, I'd have been even more upset.

The rooms are decent enough for the price, but you can hear everything. I get that they can't control people stomping around, but with only about four cars in the lot, they could at least spread guests out so nobody's right on top of someone else or next door.

The breakfast was almost nothing, just apples and toast. The beds were awful. I wasn't expecting anything great, but these were so bad that even rolling over made a sound like the Crypt Keeper opening a door under the bed. They lock the front door at night, and I got locked out when I went to my car. The side entrance was supposed to be open, but that was locked too, and the employee seemed baffled.
