For a two-star hotel, it's solid and worth the money. Most of the staff are polite, things are clean, and there isn't much wrong with the place beyond the dated rooms, which are also a bit small. This is my second stay, and I haven't seen any bugs or rodents. The carpet has a few lightly frayed spots, but the rooms are clean. The bathrooms are partly renovated, though the tubs are still older while everything else looks updated. Breakfast protein seems to depend on who's working. On my last visit it alternated between bacon and sausage, which are obviously the only proper breakfast choices. This morning there were only peppered egg patties.

We booked a handicapped room for the weekend, and it was clean and great overall. The bathroom really stood out, especially for my 80-year-old mom. She loved not having to worry about falling or stepping in and out of a tub. The staff were amazing and always happy to answer questions. We'll stay here whenever we visit again.

There were no amenities at all, and the room above us sounded like a herd of cattle. We had to stay three nights for an event in the area, and it was awful. I'd go to Fort Smith and skip Sallisaw. This is a typical low-end motel off the freeway. If you book a king, you get a room the size of a closet; to get even a small normal room, you have to book two queens. I requested an upper floor but was put on the first. Quality Inn? That's someone else's idea of quality.

The staff were very polite and professional. The room was small, with limited lighting and a tiny work desk, but it came with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast was better than at some locations, though not as good as others. There was toast, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, and waffles. The eggs were a little rubbery but edible, and a meat option would be nice.

The couple at the end room were loud and smoked right beside my room, leaving the side door open while they did it. The smell spread through the hotel, even though all the doors have no-smoking signs. My room was horrendous, smelling of nothing but bleach and mold. Everything was outdated, dusty, and unfit for anyone with kids who wants to relax. At best, the place is poorly cared for and clean. Skip it and go to the Super 8 next door unless you want black feet when you leave. I'm pretty sure they haven't shampooed the carpet in ten years.
