DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

The room was nice, and I especially liked the balcony suite. It's an older hotel, so I could hear people across the hall and upstairs opening and closing doors, though it wasn't worse than at other hotels. Steven at the front desk made a rough travel day feel a lot better. He greeted me in such a friendly way, took time to explain the amenities, and brought me a fresh, warm cookie. I had no questions left after checking in, and I'm looking forward to the rest of my stay.

Steven at the front desk was especially helpful with requests and had great suggestions for local activities, restaurants, and entertainment. The rest of the front desk staff were a pleasure to deal with too. The rooms are a good size and very clean, and I loved the big indoor pool and the lake views. The restaurant and bar have a nice range of options. This place feels like a hidden gem, and I'll definitely stay again.

After a full day of travel and flight delays, I was exhausted when I got to the DoubleTree by Hilton Salt Lake City Airport. Steven, Tina, and Isaac handled the many delayed arrivals quickly and professionally, while still being friendly and welcoming. They made check-in easy and stress free. My room was spacious, and the beds were really comfortable, just what I needed after that long day. Thanks for the great service and for taking care of your guests.
