The woman at the front desk when I checked in was kind, and the woman who let me know I could change rooms because the fridge was broken was also very nice. The shuttle service, though, was awful. I waited at the airport almost 1.5 hours and called three times. First they said I'd just missed it and it would be another 30-45 minutes. After an hour, they told me they couldn't park, so they'd left. On my third call, she said the driver reported that no one was there. A driver from a completely different hotel saw I'd been waiting a long time and gave me a ride. Honestly, I should have just taken an Uber! If you're on the ground floor, beware: cars and trucks back into the spaces with their tailpipes right beside the heater unit. When the heater is on, exhaust from warming cars fills the room. I got a headache and nausea from it, and it wasn't worth the $100-plus I paid. It felt very dangerous.

Being close to the airport was handy. We booked two nights, but full flights over the following two days meant we had to leave a day early. We had a ground-floor room, which worked well with all our bags. We wished we could have stayed, and given the circumstances, we also wished we could get a refund for that unused night.

Yamel really made the stay for us. She was warm and gracious at the front desk, always welcoming, and her helpful suggestions for places to visit added a lot to the experience. We felt comfortable and looked after. The hotel has a lovely, inviting feel, and I’d happily recommend staying here.

Yamil went out of her way to help when I arrived to find the hotel fully booked. Delta Air Lines had given me a hotel voucher after a delay, but had issued it without checking whether a room was available. I also accidentally canceled the voucher, and Delta couldn’t be reached from my international number. Yamil called them herself and worked hard to find a solution for me and the other guests needing help. I’m very grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and genuine effort. I wish her all the best and many blessings.

After a long trip I missed my Delta flight, and Yamel and Paola made me feel safe and comfortable when I got to the hotel. They were so kind and efficient, and even helped me sort out the heating. They treat people with a lot of care and provide outstanding service.
