The biggest issue was that the internet didn't work at all, and I needed to get work done. I called the front desk from my room, was put on hold, and never got a follow-up. I called again for troubleshooting help and got nothing. Basic customer service was missing. I paid $211 for one night during demand pricing, and that felt outrageous given the old furniture, small outdated TV, no internet, and no support. The room's furniture looked 20+ years old, and the whole older hotel felt worn and badly in need of renovation. I asked for a manager the next morning, but none was available. The front desk associate apologized, took my name and number, and said the manager would call. Nobody did, even after a full day. I was out over $200 for a stay where I couldn't do basic work because the Wi-Fi that came with the room wasn't available. It was frustrating to see staff apparently unable to do more than take details and promise a call that never came. I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. From the other reviews, this property is barely holding onto a 4.0 rating, which is embarrassing for a Hilton property. It was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I won't be back.

The hotel's location on the app sends you more than 12 miles out into nowhere. Management could get this corrected. I own a business and Google Maps did the same to me, but after a few calls and emails they fixed it. This older hotel's location being wrong for so long seems like pure laziness, and I don't recommend staying here again. Room 203 needs work too. The drawers, including the nightstand ones, were tilted and wouldn't stay shut. The tub was dirty, had a low spot in the middle where water pooled, and the light near the bed stand had a short in its plug. The treadmill in the fitness room wasn't working. On Tuesday 10.28, breakfast wasn't hot, just waffles and pastries. The place is in huge need of a remodel.

It was quiet and tucked away, and the staff were great. The hot breakfast looked amazing while they were preparing it, though I didn't try it. A wonderful stay for business.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the front desk clerk was really nice. Even walking into the hotel, it smelled clean.
