Lauren was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was quiet and conveniently located. The towels were thin and overused, though, and the place is old, needs remodeling, and needs a deep cleaning. The manager gave me weird, distant vibes. If all you need is a bed, this might work, but if you're expecting hotel services, this ain't it. Between this hotel and the Wyndham, I'd pick this one, but we would never stay here again. I wouldn't ever stay there again.

The breakfast bar could have had a few more choices, but at least it wasn't the continental breakfast most hotels offer now. Our room was clean and neat, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

It's not fancy, but it was clean and met our needs. Everyone was courteous and polite, and we had a great stay. This is the best deal you can get in San Angelo. I wish they had queen beds instead of doubles, but we made it work.

Clean, quiet rooms and friendly, helpful staff made for an easy check-in and pleasant stay. The suites are spacious and well appointed, with modern amenities, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary breakfast. Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham San Angelo is convenient and comfortable, whether you're traveling for business, with family, or staying for a while.

I was really disappointed to pay over $150 for this room. The bathroom felt dirty and gave me the ick. Their only “two bed” rooms have full size beds, which are super small, and each bed had three square pillows. When I asked the front desk for standard size pillows, they didn't have any.
