We never expected to stay in apartment living this long, but we fell in love with The Rivera and don't want to leave. The views are a nice bonus, and the staff and maintenance team work like real professionals. Skyler Hayes in the leasing office especially exceeds expectations. He's there when you need him and always personable on the phone or when you run into him. The staff make it easy to feel at home.

I've been here for a year and just renewed for another, because living here has been such a good experience. The Pearl and the River Walk are nearby, along with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. I really appreciate how dog-friendly it is. Management is friendly, dependable, and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. It's a well-run community in a great area, and I'd recommend it.

I've been with Rivera for nearly 9 years, and I keep renewing for three reasons. First, the location: I can walk across the street for breakfast, a late-night burger, or a drink. Second, the staff. Blanca gets things done, heels or no heels, and Vanessa is the kind of friend you want around. Skyler's always busy, and if he's not answering the phone, he's got a mop in hand dealing with emergency messes. Jesus, James, and Juan are polite and professional, so I feel comfortable when they work in my apartment. Letty keeps cleaning and stays focused, and the hallways always smell nice because of her hard work. Keep it up, RIVERA!!

I'm in love with the building, but SKYLAR is what really made me fall for the place. His presence made such a difference. The place is great, and the view is too. Maybe I'd move here just for those things and Skylar!

Blanca, Sky and Vanessa are the best apartment managers I've worked with. They're so kind and attentive to what I need. I'm grateful for their work and the renters events, and I'll always recommend them!
