The staff were the best part by far. Everyone I spoke with at the front desk had the strongest customer service I’ve experienced at a hotel. They cared so much it felt like they owned the place. I only caught one name, Stan, but every person I dealt with was great. The location worked well for us, especially for the six flags/la cantera/rim area. The name makes it sound close to sea world, which felt like a stretch. My room was rougher than I expected. I got a renovated one, and it was much better, though still worn in spots. I know it’s a long term stay property, but I hope they’ll deep clean and patch up each room after the renovations. The parking lot also had some blocked-off areas, partly because of the work. I think things will improve once it’s finished. The room needs work, but the staff were amazing.

Room 300 was clean, and the area was really quiet. I enjoyed my stay and will book here again soon. Stan at the front desk was especially helpful and gave me great service. Amazing job, my friend, keep it up!

There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the staff are both nice and professional. My remodeled room was accessible for guests with disabilities, and the hotel has free washers and dryers on site. There’s also a small shop on the first floor with laundry soap, food, and things you may have forgotten, like a toothbrush. It’s a cute place in a great spot near six flags.

The AC was set to 70, but four hours later the room was still 76°. I told the desk I had a trailer and was directed to park in back. Once there, I found there was no way to turn around or get out, so now my wife and I have to spend an hour unloading it. “Under construction” seems to mean nothing works and everything’s a mess. Should’ve stayed home or gone next door to the holiday inn.
