Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Downtown/Market Square

I’ve been a Marriott customer for more than 15 years, and the service at this Courtyard ranks among the best I’ve had. Noemi and the staff were professional and efficient, and took time to hear what I needed and what concerned me. They made me feel valued. Noemi was especially caring, answered all my questions politely, and kept a great attitude. I’d highly recommend staying here for the service.

The room worked well for both getting things done and taking a break. It was functional and well equipped, with a convenient layout for meetings or downtime. I also liked how the lobby and shared areas were set up, with comfortable seating and places to relax. The style is clean and classic, professional without feeling uncomfortable. The reception team and other staff were attentive, approachable, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay welcoming and comfortable.

I’m usually a Hilton guest, but I was happy with Marriott here. The location is central and close to downtown, and the rooms were clean and up to date. We enjoyed having a balcony. Everyone at the front desk and bistro was friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. But I was put in a room intended for deaf guests, beside both the elevator and an electrical room. A loud buzzing sound every five minutes kept me from sleeping well. I don’t need assistance, and I’m not sure why I was assigned that room when other units were available.
