There wasn't any hot water, either at the sink or in the shower. I showed the manager videos of small bed bugs, but after watching, they told me straight to my face there were no bed bugs. They wouldn't give me fresh linen or a refund, even after seeing what I showed them. I was so upset I cried, and I wanted to hurt them, but knew I couldn't. Please, please don't bring your kids here.
We booked two rooms, and neither was usable. In the first, the door was locked and we weren't given a key. They said they'd change the lock, then kept us waiting more than four hours. In the second, the bedding was unbelievably dirty and nothing worked. There were no towels or soap, and the shower faucet was missing. Worst place ever. Don't stay here!
I rented it for a homeless couple. The clerk was rude, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Roaches.
I really love this hotel.
