Once you get off the highway and a little way into the complex, the place is quite adaptable. The pool area was very nice and clean, and the rooms weren't bad, just a bit older. I've seen nicer hotels in much worse shape, and the price is hard to beat. If you're short on money and need somewhere to stay, maybe with at least $60, they seem willing to work with you on the deposit and get you a good room. The room's location and nice pool made things somewhat peaceful and romantic, if that's what you're after. Just be a good neighbor, don't cause trouble in the community, and keep things clean. The hotel could use some love. It's in a rough part of town, with construction nearby, homelessness, and general grubbiness in the area.

Vanessa at the front desk was wonderful. She helped my family get a good room and suggested some good places to eat and fun things for the kids to do. We'll be back!

My room was clean and cozy, and I especially liked the glass windows. The front desk guy Victor was friendly, and Vanessa and manager Sara were amazing. I finally found a place of my own, but I miss the room where all the bills were paid. Thanks to everyone at Extended Stay for the hospitality and service. When I called for supplies, they brought them to my room every day. I really appreciated that, would recommend this hotel, and think you're all doing a great job!

I picked someone up here, but wouldn't stay based on what I saw. It's under the highway in a rough, dirty part of town, and the traffic noise is very loud. The place looked dirty and rough, like you'd expect from an extended-stay hotel where people live long term. I don't know the rates or anything else, but I can't recommend it based on its appearance.

The bed was comfortable, and for what I paid the room was nice. I had peace and quiet too. I might give it one more chance because the guy at the service counter from Friday into Saturday was welcoming and great. But the checkout experience was awful. I know checkout is at 11 a.m., but the guy who woke me was rude and disrespectful. I said I'd leave, yet he kept repeating himself until I did. That's not how to tell someone checkout time, and I don't pay for a rude wake-up. Next time I'll file a complaint. Hopefully the stay is better and nobody else acts like that.
